Just thought I give shout out to George and me for forty years together this July!

Busy at the Mobile Park today......

I showed so many places today at the Foothill Terrace mobile park in La Verne that I'm sure the residents think I have moved in. They see the signs on my car and just wave to me now.

FYI: Did you know that Von's delivers their day old bread to this mobile park twice a week to give to the residents for free. So most residents have not had to purchase bread, rolls, muffins etc. for many years now.

Just a fun and economical perk for living in this lovely park.

This is the main club house and pool area. It has akitchen, TV room, Billard room, Library, and Bingo every Thursday nite. Plus many other activities as well.

Another Lead Router Lead is a good one....

Lead Router has sent me another good lead for my mobile home and I'm showing him places tomorrow!

My Walk in......

My walk in from last week just signed the counter offer and we're off and running with this sale.

Everyone's having a hard time believing that we found a darling 2 bed/1bath home in Fontana on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot for $75,000!!!!! But will did!

They're out there folks....Don't wait....it's happening.

Busy, Busy, Busy....Had another up call that may work out good for me and a fellow agent.

Got a call today at work and a client wanted to see a mobile that another agent has listed. Show it to him and he liked it. Sent him to the Mobile home finanacing people we use and hopefully it will work out for him and we'll make the offer tomorrow.
Had to bring a table into my office to sort out my work since it really is getting so busy that it's too confusing stacked on my little desk.
Too Cool.

Wow....what a Sunday!

I was all over the inland empire today. From getting offers on my mobile homes to showing new clients condos in San Bernardino. I was running into the office for forms and to send an offer for my condo etc....all in all it was a great day and I'm good and tired because of it.

Best of luck to everyone....it's getting crazy out there....don't miss it. Good thing George has been running around with me. He really should get his license...then we could really be two places at once.

Looking forward to Monday! Major work to be done and I will be up to my neck in paperwork.

I'm going to have to bring a card table into my office so I can lay out my work!

Ok...I know! I'm excited.....but I have been working hard and it's paying off.

Manic Monday!

Yes it is a manic Monday in the Real Estate World. Don't listen to a thing the media says. The phones are ringing like crazy at the office. I got a great call today.

I also have been on the phone for many hours today putting out a few fires and trying to save a transaction that I have been working on for months. I'm determined to this worked out and I will!
